Q. If I have a question, when can I expect a response?
Our goal is to respond ASAP, but can sometimes take up to 48 hours.

We are looking to build a long lasting posiitve relationship with all of our clients and the only way to achieve that is through complete customer satisfaction. Our goal is to serve our community through premium lawn and home services!
Q. Are all estimates free?
Yes! every and any estimate is free of charge!
Q. When are invoices due?
All invoices are due upon reciept.
Q. When will I receive my bill?
Billing time varies per job and on the customers choice of contract. Contractual recurring work, such as mowing or contracted cleanups, will be billed monthly. One time services, such as mulching, will be billed within 48 hours of the completion of the work. All invoices are sent via email and upon request we can also send your invoice via USPS.
Q. How does monthly billing work?
We send an invoice via email and prefer you use a credit or debit card to pay online. Although digital payment is prefered we do accept checks and cash.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all kinds of payment but prefer the use of credit or debit cards as it makes our lives a lot easier!
